My name is Monica and I have created the Austin Tutor so that I can advertise Mathematics tutoring. I received a B. S. in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from the University of North Texas in January, 2000. I pursued a degree in mathematics because I find working math problems to be extremely enjoyable. I also enjoy explaining mathematical concepts to others. I've tutored at the college level for four years, but I've helped my friends with their math homework since middle school.

I am currently attending Texas State University pursuing a MS in Industrial Math.
